the room had a king bed i found very comfortable. fluffy towels were in abundance. there were nice toiletries. i appreciated that i could open the window for fresh air.
the toilet flush was rather loud , i could hear it from other rooms.

the room was spacious and comfortable i appreciated the large walkin shower it was easy to refresh the bed was great providing restful sleep after long days exploring the city the room included a useful kitchenette with coffee making facilities. the hotel location was near union square, close to shops and restaurants i found the staff helpful and attentive throughout my stay. the hotel has a nice terrace on the top floor.
the room doors were heavy causing some noise i heard doors closing at various times during the day and night.

the hotel is very close to union square this made it easy to access shops and restaurants a half block away it was also convenient for reaching public transportation options for broader exploration.

i noted a very nice restaurant with jazz on site i observed that complimentary coffee and tea were available in the rooms which was very convenient a pleasant surprise.

the location was amazing! i found myself close to restaurants, shopping centers, and public transportation. pam, the concierge, was helpful and provided great recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. the room had a coffee machine and coffee pods, which i appreciated. the bed was super comfortable!
the valet parking got pretty expensive, even though it worked great.

this hotel is near union square with easy access to cable car stops. many shops and restaurants surround the hotel. it is easy to walk to various attractions from this spot. transportation options are readily available.

loud toiletlarge gap
The toilet flushed very loudly . I could hear it from other rooms. A large gap existed under the door , allowing noise from the hallway. Windows also let in a fair amount of street noise.
